Aarhus Lindy Hoppers Christmas Party 2018

Arrangementsbeskrivelse

Aarhus Lindy Hoppers annual Christmas Party takes place Friday the 14th of December.

This year our annual Christmas party will take place on the 14th of December where we all enjoy a casual and cozy evening with potluck dinner followed by live music!

You can be looking forward to one of our favourite music bands "Big Butter", potluck dinner with your fellow Lindy Hoppers from Aarhus and other cities as well as an announcement of the Social Dancer of the year and the Best Dressed King and Queen of the parquet. And of course lots of dancing! As a special treat, we will have prepared a surprise dessert for you.

Take this opportunity to enjoy Christmas atmosphere with your fellow dancers while socializing and practising your Lindy moves.

For potluck dinner, please bring your favourite dish enough for 3 people which we can all share.

So find your best lindy clothes and let's make this evening the best Christmas Party ever!

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
Venue: Fritidscenter Skovvang, Skovvangsvej 127, 8200 Aarhus N
Price: Students 100kr, regular 150kr
Doors opens at 18 and dinner is served at 19:)

Potluck dinner: Bring your favourite dish for at least 3 people. You can bring your own drinks, but beer, wine and soda can be purchased at a bar for friendly Lindy Hop prices. The place has facilities to heat up your dinner. Plates, cups and cutlery are also available.

Tickets are for sale until the 3rd of December, the number of tickets is limited. It is NOT possible to buy tickets at the door.
