Full Pass
- Early Bird - 22nd April 19.00 until 28th April 23:59 - 850 dkk
- Regular Bird - 29th April until 9th October - 950 dkk
The Full Pass gives you access to the whole Why Not Aarhus Lindy Exchange from Friday to Sunday including all the classes, all daytime activities, the Friday party, the Saturday party and the cool down party on Sunday.

- Released at a later date - Subject to availability - 650 dkk
- Released at a later date - Subject to availability - 350 dkk
Discounts
This year we are pleased to offer two types of discounts:
- Student Discount: Get 10% off a regulard bird full pass if you're a student at the time of purchase. Bring a valid student ID or proof of enrollment when registering at the venue.
- Group Discount: Get 10% off on regular bird full passes for groups of 6 or more from other communities with an evenly matched number of leaders and followers. To apply, please email whynotlindyhop@gmail.com with a list of names and which community you are from.
Discounts cannot be combined and are only valid on regular bird prices.
Why Not T-Shirts
This year the Why Not T-Shirts are returning, and you can pre-order yours directly during the registration. The last date for pre-ordering is the 9th of September 2026.
There will be additional merch available for sale at the event, but the Why Not T-Shirts are limited to pre-order only.
WhatsApp Community for Self-Organising Accomodation
This year Roberta's Society (a hostel in central Aarhus) is offering a discount to all participants. In order to help people find roomates we have created a WhatsApp community. After you have purchased a ticket you will receive a link to the WhatsApp community and after that it is up to you guys to self-organise and make some new friends!
If you live in Aarhus and have a spare couch and are open to sharing it with a new dance friend. Or if you are from outside of Aarhus and are happy to sleep on the spare couch of your newest dance friend - then you could also use this community to organise hosting.
How to register
Select your pass and proceed with the payment by following the instructions.
You will find merchandise in the "additional services" menu. Proceed with the payment by following the instructions.
After completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email - this is your ticket. Please have your confirmation email and your full name ready for check-in.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam filter and please add whynotlindyhop@gmail.com and aarhuslindyhoppers@gmail.com to your email contacts. This will help ensure that you receive all future emails about the event from us. You will receive our full information guide via email in the weeks before the festival.
All passes are personal and should not be shared between dancers. (See later about transferring your ticket).
Refund policy
In general
Aarhus Lindy Hoppers has a no refund policy. We do not offer any refunds for purchased passes or additional products, and the pass cannot be transferred to future events.
It is, however, allowed to transfer your pass to someone else. Please see below.
Ticket Transferrals
If you cannot join our event after all, you are free to transfer your ticket to someone else. If you do so, please contact us at whynotlindyhop@gmail.com with the full name of both the original and new pass holder and forward your confirmation email to the new owner. They will need it for check-in. The buyer needs to have the same role as you (lead/follow).
It is also possible to resell your ticket to someone on the waiting list - please contact us at whynotlindyhop@gmail.com.
The last chance to resell the ticket is the 02/10.
Beware of scams
Take extra precautions if you want to buy your ticket from someone else! In recent years, Lindy Hop events globally have experienced a growing number of scam cases. If you do not personally know the person who you are buying the ticket from then we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail at whynotlindyhop@gmail.com. We will gladly check for you if a ticket exists in the seller’s name and/or if it has already been transferred to someone else.
Please be aware that the only official place of purchase is via Nemtilmeld.dk
Terms
- All passes are personal and should not be shared between dancers.
- We do not refund passes.
- We are not responsible for the loss of left personal belongings. If you forget something in our facilities, we keep it one month after the event before we give it to charity.
- With your participation in the Why Not Lindy Exchange, you give us permission to use and publish photographs and video material taken of you during the event.
