Join us for the ALH Christmas Party, an evening of swinging beats, delicious holiday dinner, and festive cheer! Embrace the community spirit as we celebrate the year gone by.

What to expect?

A festive three-course dinner

We'll start the evening with a carefully curated three-course meal, including vegan options, prepared by our private chef.

Live music from Keep The Change Big Band

We're delighted to welcome back Keep The Change Big Band, whose rich and energetic sound will keep the dance floor moving all night!

Activities, traditions, and surprises

The evening will feature games with some seriously exciting prizes, community Christmas tree dance, performances, the announcement of the Dancers of the Year, and surprises along the way!

Plenty of dancing

And of course, we'll be swing dancing through the night!

As always we also look forward to meeting fellow dancers from other cities and Lindy Hop communities.

No Christmas party is complete without a proper Danish package game, so please bring two wrapped gifts worth around 10 DKK each. What you leave with is all part of the adventure!

PASSES

As usual, we will offer passes for both Aarhus Lindy Hoppers members and non-members. This year, we are also offering discounted tickets for students across all ticket categories.

DINNER

Dinner is included in the FULL EVENING PASS price. Ordinary and vegan menus for you to choose from consist of a starter, main dish and dessert. Dinner is supplied by our private cook.
You will have to choose your dinner type in case you would like a vegan menu when purchasing your pass. Full menu details will be added in the second half of November.

DRINKS

Feel free to bring your water bottle, but we will also have a nice coktail bar at the location. We serve soft drinks, beers, wine, and delicious cocktails. Check out our welcome drink option!

DRESS CODE

Festive and fabulous. Whether it's sequins, velvet, a sharp suit, or your favourite party outfit, wear what makes you sparkle.

LAST CHANCE TO BUY TICKETS
We have a limited amount of tickets.
The dinner pass will be open until the 4th of December, 23:55. It will NOT be possible to buy party passes at the door or later than the 10th of December.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

PARKING
Do not use parking spaces at Sifgård Care Home - parking is only for employees and relatives of the care home. You are also not allowed to park at the drive-in. Neither on the road nor the grass area, as there must be a free passage for an ambulance or the fire brigade.
We kindly ask you to park at the public parking space 120 meters South of Elværket or find a spot at the residential roads close to Elværket.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Buses no. 4A, 11, 15, 22 stops at Haslevej/Silkeborgvej just 2 min walk from Elværket. Night bus is 113N. For more up to date information check https://www.rejseplanen.dk/.
